John was introduced to the mortgage industry right out of college in 2005. He began his career working for MSM Funding as a loan officer. In 2009, John started Vantage Point Financial Group, Inc. and moved the company to Blue Bell, PA. He is fully licensed as a loan originator with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities and also holds licenses in New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. He has originated over $500,000,000 in mortgages throughout his career. His clients appreciate his integrity, tenacity and straightforward approach to the mortgage process. After graduating from Norristown Area High School in 2001, John graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in Finance where he was captain of the wrestling team. Mike Harvey joined Vantage Point Financial Group, Inc. as a licensed mortgage loan originator in May, 2013. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Economics where he was a member of the Carolina Leadership Academy and the wrestling team. Mike strives to provide his clients with the best mortgage products available to fit their needs and financial goals. He works tirelessly to provide outstanding customer service to his clients. Mike is a loan originator licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities. He grew up in West Norriton, PA and attended high school at Germantown Academy. Jayson began his career as an Insurance Advisor for Northwestern Mutual in 2000. In 2004, he made the move to banking where he quickly made the climb from Sales Associate to Branch Manager. After several years managing numerous branches, he transitioned into small business lending. In July of 2014, he took his experience in business lending to Vantage Point Financial Group and is now helping both individuals and business owners with their lending needs. Purchasing a property or refinancing can be very exciting and a bit stressful. Jayson’s experience with the mortgage process allows him to guide you to the result you are looking for in a smooth and professional manner. In 2014, he left SEI and began working in the retirement industry for Global Atlantic Financial Group where he learned the importance of serving his clients through education and a detail-orientated outlook. Now, as a Mortgage Advisor with Vantage Point, Nick brings value to his clients through a comprehensive and holistic approach to each new purchase and refinance loan he works on.

With over 15 years of experience in the tradeshow and events industry as an Account and Project Manager, Erin has a strong foundation in client relations and project management. Her career took a new direction when she transitioned into the mortgage broker world, working alongside a seasoned professional to establish and run a new mortgage brokerage in Chester County. As the Operations Director for the new brokerage licensed in five states and managing six Loan Officers, she gained invaluable insights into the industry.

Now, as a Loan Officer, Erin is committed to utilizing her extensive background and skills to foster strong realtor and client relationships and provide tailored mortgage solutions. Her goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client, drawing on her diverse professional journey to deliver exceptional service.

Jennifer brings over 16 years of mortgage broker processing experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry to Vantage Point Financial Group. Jennifer has previously held positions overseeing all areas of processing, closing, loan origination and quality assurance for residential properties including purchases, refinances, relocations, short sales, and foreclosures. Jennifer has extensive experience in processing conventional, FHA, USDA and VA loans. She is relied upon for her skills in processing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Jennifer has held positions as a processor, closer and Operations Manager for various banks and mortgage companies. She brings over 20 years of experience to Vantage Point, and is a great addition to the processing team. In her role as a Senior Processor, Jennifer is responsible for reviewing the loan to be sure it is complete, accurate and qualifies within the underwriting and regulatory guidelines. She prepares the loan for submission to underwriting and will see the loan through to closing. She has excellent customer service skills and enjoys dealing with the borrowers. Jennifer also has a strong work ethic and will work hard to get the loan to closing on time.

Joan has worked at Vantage Point since its inception over 12 years ago. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters in Business Administration from Villanova University and has many years’ experience in the construction, real estate development and finance industries. Joan began her career in public accounting at KPMG and then at Maillie Falconiero and Co. where she rose to the position of audit manager. She spent the next 15 years teaching accounting, finance, and tax at Widener University, Immaculata University and Arcadia University, as well as CPA exam review courses throughout the area. Joan developed several properties at the New Jersey shore, including a condominium project. She brings her vast experience and varied skill set to Vantage Point as Director of Operations. She performs tax return analyses, compliance, reporting, accounting, human resources, and has many other supporting responsibilities. Joan lives in North Wales with her husband, Frank. She has three grown children.
